Job summary

Singapore Telecommunications Limited seeks a Category Manager for IT & Digital Infrastructure to shape sourcing for software licenses, hyperscalers, storage, servers and cloud services. You will partner with IT stakeholders, drive value, and lead negotiations to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement or technology, experience with Ariba, Coupa or iCertis, and strong analytics, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in IT/tech industries.
• Experience negotiating complex IT and software contracts.
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and drive category strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT & Digital Infrastructure.
• Lead procurement activities across Singtel Group OpCos.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Provide market insights and governance to ensure compliant processes.
