Job summary

Google LLC is hiring an Internal and Executive Communications Manager for Southeast Asia and Singapore. You will craft internal communications, support executive engagement, and partner with SEA leadership to align messaging with Google's business goals in the region.

You will produce clear narratives for town halls, blogs, scripts, and social content, applying AI tools to accelerate drafting while ensuring cultural resonance across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years in public relations, media relations, or internal and executive communications with technology products or services.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications strategies with SEA leadership and drive cross-functional employee engagement campaigns.
• Draft executive communications, including strategic emails, talking points, and materials for regional town halls and leadership briefings.
• Support regional leaders on external executive engagements with speeches, media briefing packets, and social content to elevate thought leadership.
• Manage external communications agencies by defining objectives, workflows, content direction, and monitoring budgets for regional impact.
• Integrate generative AI tools to accelerate research, draft content frameworks, and boost productivity.
