Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between users, project managers and vendors on project deliverables.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including quality, budget and timeline.
• Oversee procurement from tenders to contract approvals and ensure policy compliance.
• Direct design management and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with design team to progress projects through phases and intervals.
• Review design documents for feasibility and construction administration.
• Conduct site observations, meetings, submittals and RFIs during construction.
• Establish and maintain productive client relationships and project documentation.
