Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks a highly analytical Business Insights Manager to bridge data and executive strategy. You will model targets, track NNA, Revenue, and RM productivity, and translate insights into pricing and growth opportunities for AUM clients.

Role requires extensive SQL, Python/R, and BI tooling experience, with exposure to Financial Services and Private Banking. You will partner with Management Reporting, Planning & Analysis to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analytics, financial analysis or similar.
• 8+ years in Financial Services, Private Banking, Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of Private Banking products and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights through deep-dive analyses and crystallise actionable insights.
• Maintain automated BI dashboards for pipeline, retention and penetration.
• Build predictive models to forecast payout structures and RM impact.
• Support pricing strategies and market competitiveness initiatives.
