Job summary

Bank of Singapore is seeking a Senior MIS Analyst within the Business Finance - MRPA team to lead data-driven decision support, forecasting and planning. You will partner with senior finance and front-office leaders to transform complex data into actionable insights and drive governance, automation and reporting excellence.

You will guide MIS strategy, manage data governance, and mentor a team of MIS professionals to deliver high-impact reports and analytics across the bank.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of relevant experience in MIS, business finance, and performance analytics.
• Experience in banking or financial services; private banking/wealth management preferred.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights for executive decisions.
• Proven communication with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of MRPA to shape data-driven strategies and forecasts.
• Partner with finance leadership to provide insights on growth, profitability and efficiency.
• Lead MIS data governance, reporting integrity and governance.
• Define MIS strategy, roadmap and governance aligned with regulatory needs.
• Drive automation and advanced analytics to enhance reporting effectiveness.
• Ensure high standards of data quality and transparency across stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor a team of MIS professionals toward delivery excellence.
