Qualifications

  • Recognised degree in a STEM discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in industry engagement, partnership development, or programme management.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong partnerships with industry, government, and academic stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between industry partners and CDE PIs.
  • Facilitate and manage strategic collaborations with industry.
  • Conceptualise, plan, and organise joint workshops and seminars.
  • Maintain regular engagement with key partners to understand industry needs.
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate engagement outcomes.
