Must Have
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technology development projects (e.g., application development, software delivery, or equivalent).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in an ICT company.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum practices, with hands-on exposure to sprint-based or iterative delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating documentation, proposals, and presentations.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Good to have
  • Experience in IT sales, account management, or solution selling within technology or consulting domains.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, digital transformation, or other emerging tech trends.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, bid management, or commercial negotiation processes.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
  • Exposure to working with multinational or enterprise clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop business opportunities across enterprise and public-sector clients.
  • Understand client technology requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored IT solutions.
  • Coordinate with presales, delivery, and project teams to ensure timely responses to RFPs and proposals.
  • Support account planning, pipeline management, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Participate in sales reviews, governance meetings, and reporting activities as required.
