Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or related industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with procurement tools/systems (e.g., SAP, GASP).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, independent, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure best value in terms of price, quality, and service.
• Select vendors based on technical, commercial, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement processes and act as an ambassador of procurement excellence.
• Promote automation, digitalization, and best practices across all procurement activities.
• Serve as the main RFQ contact for assigned business units and manage RFQ process from initiation to award.
• Collect and analyze site data to support category strategies and KPIs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and support change initiatives.
