Job summary

Private Advertiser in Bedok, Singapore is hiring a Contract Procurement Specialist to manage indirect spend end-to-end, from needs assessment to supplier performance. The role covers RFQ management, supplier benchmarking, and P2P processes, with deployment to Seletar plant as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Procurement or related field and 4+ years in procurement, with strong Excel and SAP R3 skills and a proven track record in negotiation and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on procurement and sourcing experience, preferably indirect procurement.
• Occasional deployment to Seletar plant.
• Strong experience in RFQ, supplier evaluation, and commercial negotiation.
• Experience managing end-to-end procurement from requisition to PO, delivery, and supplier performance.
• Proficient in Excel and SAP R3 systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect categories from requirement ID to delivery and supplier performance.
• Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, RFQ process, benchmarking, and development of supplier pools.
• Manage RFQ processes, prepare sourcing documents, evaluate proposals, and recommend suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement specs and timelines.
• Oversee P2P procurement process including requisitions, POs, approvals, and supplier confirmations.
• Maintain indirect procurement supplier base, onboarding, performance reviews, and rationalization.
• Keep procurement records, quotations, supplier information, and reports up to date.
