Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HR and management projects to achieve defined objectives and improve organizational processes
• Communicate clearly with clients and project teams to gather and clarify project requirements and scope
• Participate actively in projects involving process streamlining, job redesign, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and training initiatives
• Schedule and lead client meetings to provide project updates and resolve issues promptly
