Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Deputy Director, Human Resources to lead HR business partnering, workforce analytics and HR operations. The role requires strategic vision, strong operational acumen, and ability to drive HR excellence across the organisation while partnering with senior leadership.

You will shape and deliver HR services from talent acquisition to HR technology management and data-driven insights. Lead HRIS initiatives and analytics to inform people strategies and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of HR experience with a proven track record in HR business partnering, HR operations and people analytics.
• Strong ability to lead teams and engage senior stakeholders; hands-on Workday configuration, reporting, and system integration.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to support diverse functions and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 tools for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Business Partners and partner with senior directors to translate business needs into HR strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and talent strategies to meet current and future needs.
• Ensure seamless onboarding, employee relations, and timely exit management with strong service delivery.
• Direct HR Systems Management in Workday, including maintenance, configuration, and enhancements.
• Drive HR Operations Excellence with data integrity, process compliance, and optimized workflows.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards (Tableau) and support statutory reporting requirements.
