Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a Deputy Director, HR Business Partnering & Operations to lead strategic HR partnerships with senior management, drive talent strategies and oversee organisation transformation initiatives. The role involves guiding HR operations, budget oversight and governance, and coaching a high-performing HR team across the group.

Ideal candidates will have 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with leadership in large, matrix organisations and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR management or related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR or related fields advantageous.
• Extensive HR business partnering and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business partnership to senior management on manpower challenges.
• Develop plans to attract, engage and retain key talents.
• Advise on organisation transformation, change management and leadership development.
• Oversee HR operations including budgeting, policy compliance and service delivery.
• Lead HR team, coach supervisors and collaborate with Group HR and stakeholders.
• Address complex employee relations matters and governance concerns.
