Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an HR professional to partner with senior management, delivering expert HR guidance and overseeing end-to-end HR operations. The role covers policy compliance, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years in HRBP/HR Generalist roles, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Unit4 HRIS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS Unit4 (Prosoft) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide business leaders with expert HR advice, guidance, and support on policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Lead the full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, grievance resolution, and offboarding.
• Review, develop, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance and optimize internal processes.
