Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD (Healthcare & Lifescience) in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, including headcount tracking, sourcing and interviewing candidates, salary proposals, and onboarding/offboarding support.

You will collaborate with schools and agencies, handle employee relations, provide HR policy guidance, and participate in HRIS testing and process improvements. This role is based in Bukit Merah and follows standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or similar.
• Min 3 years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HODs and Team Leads to manage end-to-end recruitment, including headcount tracking, sourcing and interviewing candidates, salary proposals, onboarding and offboarding support.
• Collaborate with schools and agencies on recruitment drives and outreach programmes.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievances and performance issues.
• Provide timely HR policy advice to employees to improve communication, engagement and performance.
• Facilitate staff engagement initiatives and act as minute-taker.
• Handle work pass applications/renewals for foreign hires.
• Support HR activities such as performance management reviews and annual declarations.
• Participate in HRIS testing and HR process improvement projects.
