Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking an HR leader to align HR strategies with business goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Singapore. This role partners with senior leaders to drive growth and optimize people strategies across the organization.

You will oversee recruitment, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, and performance management, while building a robust talent pipeline and ensuring regulatory compliance within the industry.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• Experience in fast-paced Manufacturing MNC environments.
• Experience in handling large headcounts.
• Strategic partnering with business units and regional exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business leaders to drive growth.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and performance management.
• Plan employee development and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Coordinate training programs and ensure compliance with AS/ISO standards and aviation regulations.
• Support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate HR reports and workforce metrics.
• Administer salary reviews and HR reporting.
