Job summary

The Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore) is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with divisional goals. You will advise management across divisions on talent attraction, retention and workforce planning, acting as a trusted HR partner.

You will work with senior leaders to design recruitment strategies, build talent pipelines, streamline HR processes, and drive organizational performance while fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience in a corporate or public sector environment.
• Experience in business partnership and recruitment would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience in streamlining or refining HR processes would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Attract and source talent for various divisions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring divisions to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through diverse channels and build a candidate pipeline.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Partner with senior management to design and implement HR strategies that drive business performance.
• Advise divisions on workforce planning, succession planning and HR process improvements.
