Job summary

Ichor Systems, inc. in Singapore seeks a seasoned HR Manager to lead the HR team, partner with senior business leaders, and drive HR operations to support growth and workforce stability.

This role serves as a strategic HR partner for assigned business units and oversees governance, analytics and employee engagement. You will influence organizational design, talent strategies and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving process improvements across HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential, ideally high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience leading a broad HR function and coaching teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Singapore HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Drive payroll governance, HR administration and lifecycle processes.
• Lead HR governance, audits and policy documentation.
• Advise on talent, performance, succession and development.
• Monitor HR metrics and present insights to leadership.
• Coach and develop HR staff to build capability and excellence.
• Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
