is seeking an HR Specialist for an 8-month contract based in Singapore to support our Go-To-Market organization across ASEAN, Korea and Greater China. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people initiatives across the full lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel and other GTM functions to enable growth and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market teams in technology.
• Mandarin language skills a plus.

• Partner with leaders on talent initiatives including org development and succession planning.
• Support transformation efforts and change management initiatives.

• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Support full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for GTM.
• Collaborate with regional HR and Centers of Excellence on global initiatives.

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Specialist - 8 months contract role based in Singapore to support our Go-To-Market (GTM)organization. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, partnering closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel and other GTM functions to drive business growth andorganizationaleffectiveness across ASEAN, Korea and Greater China regions.

Working in a global matrix environment, you will influence and execute people initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams, attract andretaintalent, navigateorganizationalchange and foster an engaging employee experience.

The ideal candidate would combine strategic business acumen with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligningpeoplestrategies with business priorities and growthobjectives
• Partner with leaderson strategic talent initiatives including organization development, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management
• Support business transformation efforts andchange management initiativesto enable sustainable growth
• Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs
• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale and retention including internal employee communication activities
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, workplace concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Serve as the primary HR partner supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding for GTM Organization
• Serve as regional HR advisor and support all people related matters and activities within the assigned territories.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and workforce growth plans
• Collaborate with regional HR colleagues andCenterof Excellence to implement global and regional initiatives

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and SkillsExperience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology ora relatedfield
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles
• Proven experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Marketorganizationswithin Technology or related industries
• Experience supporting senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across a matrixedorganization
• Good understanding of ASEAN, Korea and Greater China employment legislation and HR compliance requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills
• Ability to speak Mandarin and engage with relevant stakeholders is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• High levelof integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
