Check Point Holding (Singapore) PTE. LTD.

is seeking an HR Specialist for an 8-month contract based in Singapore to support our Go-To-Market organization across ASEAN, Korea and Greater China. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people initiatives across the full lifecycle, partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel and other GTM functions to enable growth and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience, including HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• Experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market teams in technology.
• Mandarin language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with growth objectives.
• Partner with leaders on talent initiatives including org development and succession planning.
• Support transformation efforts and change management initiatives.
• Use HR data to guide decisions and improve processes.
• Lead initiatives to enhance engagement, morale and retention.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Support full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for GTM.
• Collaborate with regional HR and Centers of Excellence on global initiatives.
