Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner based in Singapore to support our Go-To-Market organisation across ASEAN, Korea and Greater China. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel and other GTM functions to drive growth and organisational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate combines strategic business acumen with a hands-on approach and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience partnering with Sales or Go-To-Market organisations within Technology or related industries.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a matrixed organisation.
• Good understanding of employment legislation in relevant regions (ASEAN, Korea, Greater China).
• Mandarin ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities and growth objectives.
• Partner with leaders on strategic talent initiatives including organization development, workforce planning, succession planning and performance management.
• Support business transformation efforts and change management to enable sustainable growth.
• Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs.
• Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale and retention including internal employee communications.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Serve as the primary HR partner for the full employee lifecycle for the GTM organisation across assigned territories.
