Job summary

Nestlé Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the HR and Development functions at our Jurong location, driving employee relations, staffing, compensation, training and Compliance.

You will partner with factory leadership to define HR strategy, lead organizational design and performance management, and ensure a safe, equitable workplace in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR within manufacturing, with experience in union and safety exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Experience with unionized labor relations and safety considerations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, training, development and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR and development functions for the location, including employee relations, training, salary administration, staffing and compliance.
• Define and execute HR strategy for the factory; drive workforce planning and HR initiatives.
• Lead organizational design, performance and talent management, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with factory leadership to provide business insight and ensure service quality.
