Job summary

Vision Construction & Engineering PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR professional to manage full HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and development.

The role also handles payroll verification and compliance with IRAS, CPF, MOM, and other agencies. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in HRM, has at least 1 year of related experience, and is bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external personnel.

• Master's/Degree in Human Resource Management required.
• Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
• Bilingual in English & Chinese to liaise with internal/external personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions: manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports.
• Handle recruitment and hiring for management staff and workers, including work pass matters.
• Provide HR direction and support to management.
• Plan, budget, and execute employee welfare programs.
• Process payroll reports and compliance with IRAS, CPF and other authorities.
