A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare programs. The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s in Human Resource Management and have at least one year of relevant experience. Bilingual in English and Chinese is a must to facilitate communication with internal and external personnel. This role offers an opportunity to lead HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
