Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior People & Culture leader in Singapore to direct HR functions, payroll and workforce planning. You will advise the Deputy CEO and drive end-to-end talent acquisition, development, and governance across the organisation.

With 6+ years in HR and payroll and a strong knowledge of Singapore laws, you will guide HR strategy, compensation, and analytics, while collaborating on cross-functional initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA is advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years HR and payroll experience with team leadership.
• Experience across Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, L&D and Employee Relations.
• Healthcare or service sector experience is a plus.
• Experience with Infotech HRIS and HR analytics tools.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and HR functions.
• Advise the Deputy CEO on HR and people matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Manage workforce planning, talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes and performance review cycles.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
• Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
