Job summary

The Regional HR Business Partner role at Confidential Search, presented by Stellar Link Partners, is based in Singapore. You will partner with the Head of HR and business leaders to align HR strategies with growth objectives and act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters.

Responsibilities

Partner with Head of HR to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide HR insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
Handle employee relations issues including grievances and disciplinary actions.
Manage performance management processes and development plans.
