Job summary

Clarksons in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team. You will work closely with the Divisional HR Director and will be actively involved in HR operations, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, HR policy development and implementation, HRIS, HR reporting and Payroll.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist with 3–5 years in a global org.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, ER, and HR policy.
• Strong knowledge of Asia Pacific employment law.
• Experience with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Divisional HR to address business needs and deliver HR services.
• Oversee campus and early career recruitment programs and engage student bodies.
• Assist salary reviews, bonuses, and renewal of insurance benefits.
• Handle employee relations and HR operations in Singapore.
