Job summary

VK Transformation is a boutique strategic consulting firm with operations in Singapore and Malaysia seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing new client engagements and expanding existing relationships.

You will lead consultative selling across business strategy, innovation and internationalisation, develop proposals with specialists, negotiate engagements and oversee handover to delivery teams. Strong communication and pipeline-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, Communications or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in sales, business development, or related function.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and qualify new B2B sales leads.
• Manage full sales cycle from first contact to closing.
• Conduct sales presentations to decision-makers.
• Develop proposals with VKT specialists.
• Negotiate engagements and terms within approved parameters.
• Coordinate handover to delivery teams after securing projects.
