Job summary

4S PTE. LTD. is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team in Singapore.

You will identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships, conduct prospecting and outbound outreach, and build relationships with clients by understanding their marketing needs. The role requires a diploma or degree in business-related fields and comfort with cold outreach, presentations, and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Partnerships is advantageous.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and client outreach.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to support the company's growth.
• Conduct prospecting and outbound outreach to potential clients, brands and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business and marketing needs.
• Present suitable marketing, advertising, event and partnership solutions to prospective clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and presentation materials based on client requirements.
• Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful execution of client campaigns and partnerships.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential brands or partners for new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
