Head of Business Development – AEC Sector is a strategic leadership role to identify high-value opportunities, forge major relationships, and position the firm as the partner of choice for developers and real estate organizations

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of dedicated business development experience, with direct expertise serving the AEC industry.
Track Record: Proven success in securing major projects by managing complex tenders, bids, and proposals within the region, ideally within Southeast Asia.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of real estate and infrastructure project cycles, including both public and private procurement processes in Southeast Asia.
Mindset & Skills: Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset paired with exceptional organizational capabilities to balance multiple strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

Market Expansion: Drive market penetration by evaluating high-value project leads, analyzing industry trends, and tracking regional procurement channels.
Relationship Development: Establish and strengthen long-term professional connections with key stakeholders, ranging from senior executives to project consultants.
Strategic Representation: Act as the company's primary ambassador at sector events, trade shows, and high-level client meetings.
Proposal Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end development of compelling, customized submissions, pitches, and client presentations.
