You will drive commercial growth across service categories through targeted customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies, while evaluating new business opportunities from idea to execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Management Consulting OR 4–6 years in FMCG/ Consumer startup.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Demonstrated experience driving business growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, or category development initiative.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and operational performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive commercial growth across existing service categories through strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Evaluate and launch new business opportunities, taking concepts from idea generation through execution.
