Job summary

Michael Page Singapore seeks an experienced recruitment professional to join as an Associate Director. This individual contributor role combines business development, strategic account management and hands-on recruitment delivery.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, manage complex hiring assignments and develop your client portfolio, supported by an established global recruitment business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record independently managing end-to-end recruitment assignments.
• Experience developing new business and growing client accounts.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and provide consultative advice.
• Experience preparing client proposals and negotiating recruitment terms.
• Strong sourcing, assessment and candidate engagement skills.
• Commercial judgement in evaluating opportunities and portfolio development.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple assignments and work independently.
• Commitment to fair hiring, confidentiality and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients including senior decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefings to placement.
• Deliver senior and complex recruitment assignments with strategic guidance.
• Lead client presentations, proposals and negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain candidate networks through research and referrals.
• Provide market insights on remuneration and hiring trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and locations.
• Represent Michael Page at industry events.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in compliance with policies.
