Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in business development, workforce development, consulting, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading and scaling complex business, education, or professional services functions.
• Experience engaging senior business leaders, HR leaders, and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead CET School's business development, partnerships, and growth strategy.
• Oversee operations, governance, and performance reporting for scalable CET delivery.
• Drive workforce transformation, capability development, and industry engagement.
• Build a high-performance culture and coach senior managers across functions.
• Ensure compliance with university policies, funding and governance standards.
