Qualifications

10+ years in business development or client management in financial services.
Proven ability to close high-value deals and drive strategic initiatives.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

Cultivate executive- and management-level relationships with prospects.
Serve as primary contact for prospect relationships and align with strategic goals.
Monitor industry trends and feedback to drive product and market insights.
Develop bespoke, value-led proposition leveraging IQ-EQ’s network.
Lead cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
Coordinate stakeholders and maintain CRM activity records.
