IQ-EQ in Singapore is seeking a high-impact Business Development professional to identify and convert new opportunities across key markets. You will build client relationships, qualify prospects, and shape engagement strategies with the wider sales team to expand IQ-EQ’s global footprint.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of client-facing experience in financial services, with knowledge of funds and fund administration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with strong accounting and financial services experience.
• At least 8 years of client-facing experience in business development in fund administration.
• Solid knowledge of closed- and open-ended funds, including private equity and hedge funds.
• Self-motivated with integrity and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted research and market analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, assess needs, and deliver tailored proposals.
• Support end-to-end business development, including market research, due diligence, RFP/RFI coordination, and sales meetings.
• Track performance, maintain CRM data, and gather market and competitor intelligence for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and represent IQ‑EQ professionally.
