Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to uncover markets, build client relationships, and drive the expansion of a truly global business in an international environment.

The role involves identifying opportunities through research and lead generation, coordinating with the sales team to qualify prospects, and supporting proposals and RFPs while ensuring a professional client experience. Hybrid working model in Singapore is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with strong financial services experience.
• At least 8 years of client-facing experience in business development in the fund administration space.
• Solid knowledge of closed-ended and open-ended funds, including private equity and hedge funds.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted research, lead generation, and market analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, assess needs, and deliver tailored solutions and proposals.
• Support end-to-end business development processes, including market research, due diligence, RFP/RFI coordination, and sales meetings.
