Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an IT governance and compliance professional in Singapore. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement data governance, compliance policies, and IT access controls while supporting IT audit activities and system support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Office-based position with potential after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in IT management, healthcare, business analysis, audit, or compliance is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Meticulous, analytical, and detail oriented with strong logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance and compliance processes.
• Support management in developing and implementing governance initiatives.
• Guide staff on data governance and compliance matters.
• Review research and non-research requests for policy compliance.
• Assist in establishing and reviewing IT procedures and access controls.
• Coordinate IT audit workplans and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Support system troubleshooting and request resolution with stakeholders.
• Assist in UAT, validation of system changes, and documentation.
