Job summary

SJ Group is seeking an Enterprise Governance Analyst to join the Governance Intelligence unit in Singapore. You will contribute to governance, risk oversight and decision-support across the organisation, working with stakeholders across business units and corporate functions.

You will help produce management reports, dashboards and summaries, while supporting continuous improvement of governance practices and the use of digital tools to strengthen reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in governance, risk, law or finance.
• Experience in enterprise risk management and governance processes.
• Ability to review complex submissions and prepare management papers.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and risk management activities across the Group.
• Review materials for completeness and clarity.
• Analyse information from diverse sources and summarise key issues.
• Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards and presentations.
• Coordinate inputs across units and functions.
• Maintain records and reporting information.
• Track actions through to closure.
• Identify process improvements and data-enabled tooling opportunities.
• Undertake research on governance, risk and organisational matters.
