Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an Enterprise Governance Analyst to support its Enterprise Governance Intelligence unit. The role collaborates with stakeholders across the business and corporate functions to enhance governance, risk oversight and decision-making.

You will contribute to reporting, dashboards and continuous improvement, handling risk registers, assessments and management papers, and you will adapt as the unit evolves in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business, finance, risk management, corporate governance, accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, legal operations, internal audit, commercial management or a similar analytical role.
• Hands-on experience designing or operating a risk management framework, risk registers, risk assessments and risk reporting to management.
• Experience reviewing complex submissions, proposals or management papers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in day-to-day governance and risk management activities across the Group.
• Assist with review of management and decision-support materials for completeness and clarity.
• Analyse information from multiple sources and summarise key issues.
• Prepare management reports, summaries, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Coordinate inputs and follow-up actions across business units and functions.
• Maintain records and reporting information.
• Track outstanding actions through to closure.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, information quality and reporting.
• Support the use of digital and data-enabled tools to strengthen governance and reporting.
• Undertake research and analysis on governance, risk and organisational matters as required.
