Job summary

A&S GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and frontline construction activities on-site.

You will plan manpower according to project needs, coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, clients and subcontractors, and monitor progress, schedules and deployment. You will ensure safety compliance and maintain project documentation to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of construction site operations and manpower management.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle operational issues.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operations and construction activities.
• Plan manpower according to project requirements and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, work schedules and manpower deployment.
• Oversee workers' attendance, work arrangements and site requirements.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper project documentation. Support management in improving operational efficiency.
