Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer success or related experience in hospitality distribution or revenue management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of engagement strategies and KPIs.
• Onboard clients, close knowledge gaps and promote ongoing education.
• Build relationships with commercial, product and delivery teams as the customer voice.
• Engage customers across their book of business and drive value realization.
• Draft and refresh customer success plans with baselines and targets.
• Collaborate with sales to report progress and identify opportunities.
• Support renewals and expansions while aiding colleagues in customer success.
