SHEGLAM is seeking a strategic, execution-driven communications professional to build and manage the brand's global communications asset system. Transform insights into scalable assets for media relations, thought leadership, and market PR worldwide, aligning with business milestones and corporate storytelling.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional storytelling ability with strong business acumen and experience supporting executives in international markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related fields.
• Experience in global communications agencies or multinational corporate teams.
• 4+ years in corporate communications in international markets.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling in English.
• Experience supporting senior executives for media engagement.
• Interpretation or translation experience in executive-level business environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SHEGLAM's global corporate communications asset ecosystem.
• Create and update executive quote banks, fact sheets, and messaging docs.
• Develop media FAQs, issue Q&As, and spokesperson briefing materials.
• Transform business milestones into reusable communications assets.
• Support ESG disclosures, storytelling programs, and crisis preparedness.
• Provide on-site communications support for executive media engagements.
