Job summary

SHEIN is seeking a dedicated storyteller to lead Global ESG communications within the Global Communication Team. You will develop and execute a high-impact strategy to raise global awareness of SHEIN’s ESG work across stakeholders.

The role requires shaping omnichannel content, collaborating with leaders and experts, and delivering measurable KPIs that demonstrate the impact of ESG communications on the business. Fluency in English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of communications experience with ESG focus.
• Excellent English writing and verbal skills; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the social and environmental impacts created by the company's operations and develop ESG communication strategies to advance the SHEIN brand.
• Deliver a global communication strategy and content across channels for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and influence thought leadership opportunities aligned to ESG strategy and priorities.
• Act as an insight-driven storyteller, collaborating with leaders and subject matter experts to engage stakeholders.
• Monitor ESG communications trends to assess needs, gaps and future direction.
• Develop and achieve communication KPIs to measure impact in conjunction with partners.
