Job summary

Breast Cancer Foundation in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director, Fundraising & Partnerships to lead the fundraising and partnerships portfolio end-to-end. You will grow income, develop strategic relationships, build and manage a healthy prospect pipeline, strengthen donor stewardship and lead the people and systems behind the work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building and managing fundraising portfolios across donors or partners.
• Proven ability to originate opportunities and move them toward renewal and longer-term support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive an integrated fundraising and partnerships strategy aligned with BCF’s mission and sustainability.
• Build and grow a diversified pipeline across corporate partnerships, major donors, foundations, and campaigns.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new prospects to strengthen income and long-term value.
• Re-engage past donors and partners through cultivation and stewardship.
• Lead the Fundraising & Partnerships team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Provide updates and governance-aligned reporting to leadership and EXCO.
