Job summary

Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation (LLF) in Singapore seeks a Fundraising Executive – Philanthropy & Partnerships to grow donor engagement, corporate partnerships and grant fundraising. You will develop proposals, manage donor stewardship, and work with senior management to advance LLF’s mission in blood cancer care and support services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, Non-profit Management or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant fundraising/business development/partnerships experience.
• Experience in corporate partnerships, philanthropy, sponsorship or grant fundraising is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop clear and compelling proposals.
• Strong interpersonal skills with donors, corporate reps and external stakeholders.
• Good organisational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of partner needs.
• Comfortable researching, preparing presentations and developing proposals independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A genuine interest in social services and healthcare; commitment to LLF’s mission.

Responsibilities

• Philanthropy & Donor Development: Identify and develop relationships with prospective donors; build a pipeline; research grant opportunities; prepare donor materials and proposals.
• Corporate & Strategic Partnerships: Identify corporate opportunities; develop sponsorship packages; coordinate discussions and deliverables.
• Grants & Funding Proposals: Research grants; coordinate applications; translate programme outcomes into proposals; monitor timelines and reporting.
• Fundraising Campaigns & Initiatives: Plan and execute campaigns; develop donor communications and materials; track performance.
• Donor Stewardship & Impact Communication: Communicate LLF’s impact; prepare donor reports and appreciation communications.
• Fundraising Administration & Reporting: Maintain donor records; track income and deliverables; support board reporting.
