Digital Edge is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to act as Finance Business Partner to HR. Based in Singapore, you will lead headcount and people cost planning, translate workforce data into financial implications, and help leaders make affordable decisions as we scale.

You will build financial models and Power BI dashboards, deliver monthly workforce insights, and partner with HR and senior leaders to align workforce plans with strategic goals across multiple markets in Asia.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or commercial finance.
• Experience in headcount or people cost planning is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong executive presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Lead people cost budgeting, rolling forecasts and Latest Estimates (LE).
• Deliver monthly headcount and people-cost Flash reporting.
• Own the Group's people-related costs including capitalised labour within Capex.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to align headcount with strategy.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and a concise monthly workforce pack.
