Job summary

Digital Edge, based in Singapore, is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to act as Finance Business Partner to the HR function. You will lead headcount and people cost planning, translate workforce data into financial implications, and support senior leaders as the company scales.

Reporting to the Associate Director of FP&A, you will own P&L and Opex related to employees, build financial models, dashboards, and drive automation of planning processes while protecting confidential data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, finance business partnering or commercial finance experience, with headcount or people cost planning preferred.
• Credible and confident with senior stakeholders, including C-suite; able to explain financial implications to non-finance audiences.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong executive presentation skills.
• Hands-on and detail-oriented; able to reconcile data and turn it into clear insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead people cost budgeting, rolling forecasts and Latest Estimates; translate hiring plans into forecasts.
• Deliver monthly headcount and people cost reporting with risks/opportunities against budget and LE.
• Own group employee costs and related variances; analyse actuals by country/function; support accruals and capitalisation with Controllers.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to align headcount with strategic goals and affordability before recruitment.
• Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives, markets and site ramp-ups; develop Power BI dashboards.
