Digital Edge DC is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to act as Finance Business Partner to the HR function in Singapore. You will lead headcount and people cost planning, translate workforce data into financial implications, and help leaders make informed decisions as we scale.

In this role you will build financial models, develop Power BI dashboards, and partner with CHRO and senior leaders to drive forecast accuracy and data-driven planning across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, finance business partnering or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in headcount or people cost planning is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English with executive presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead headcount and people cost planning across the org and translate workforce data into financial implications.
• Own P&L and Opex related to workforce costs; analyse variances and drive actions.
• Partner with HR leadership and senior stakeholders to align headcount with strategic goals.
