Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a Finance Business Partner to influence decisions beyond reporting, partnering with the leadership team on budgets, forecasts and long-range plans in a dynamic IT environment in Singapore.

You will drive action by identifying performance drivers, risks and opportunities, and collaborating on bids, pricing, investments and cost decisions while turning complex data into clear messages for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to influence decisions through concise financial insights.
• Experience in FP&A and business partnering within IT or project-based contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner the leadership team across budgets, forecasts and long-range plans.
• Identify drivers of performance and raise risks and opportunities early.
• Support bids, pricing, investments and cost decisions.
• Turn complex numbers into clear messages for senior leadership.
• Streamline and automate planning and reporting with digital and AI tools.
