Job summary

Ingram Micro in Singapore is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to join our Finance team. You will drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis across the organization, partnering with leaders to deliver actionable insights.

You should have a minimum of 5 years in FP&A or finance business partnering, strong SAP ERP knowledge, advanced Excel, and solid stakeholder management. CFA is advantageous as we shape strategic decisions together.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A or finance business partnering.
• CFA certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities with data-driven insights.
• Prepare weekly flash forecasts, monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
• Partner with business leaders to improve forecast accuracy and lead reviews.
• Support month-end and year-end closing including P&L, balance sheet, working capital.
• Deliver reporting and performance metrics across revenue, gross profit, OPEX, CAPEX.
• Collaborate with regional FP&A teams to standardize reporting and improve data visibility.
