Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a senior Finance Partner to join our finance group in Singapore. You will act as the primary finance partner for a strategic business unit, shaping commercial decisions through advanced FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting.

You will collaborate with Industry Leaders and Sales, build executive-ready dashboards, mentor junior analysts and own financial oversight of projects. The role requires 6+ years in finance within tech or SaaS and strong ERP/BI tool

Qualifications

6+ years in commercial finance or FP&A.
Experience in software/tech/SaaS is preferred.
Strong financial modelling and reporting capabilities.
Proficient with ERP and BI tools.
Ability to automate tasks using AI tools.

Responsibilities

Act as the main finance business partner for the business unit with sales and operations.
Drive financial awareness and translate data for all audiences.
Support executive reporting packages and KPI dashboards.
Lead commercial reviews of client proposals and RFPs.
Oversee end-to-end financials for a portfolio of projects with modelling and KPIs.
Interpret large volumes of pricing data for informed decisions.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and planning in APAC.
Mentor and coach junior analysts where possible.
Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.
